Welcome to the 2025 edition of the Norway – UK Seafood Summit. This year's programme is designed to address the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities for our seafood trade and industries through a series of insightful presentations, Q&A sessions, and engaging moderated talks.

Join us as we launch the Global Seafood Trends Report 2025, highlighting key megatrends shaping the seafood industry's future. We'll explore the latest developments in whitefish and salmon supply and trade, and receive insights from the Institute of Marine Research on the science behind Norway’s fisheries management.

The summit will also cover supply trends, consumer preferences, and market opportunities for cold-water prawns, and discuss the UK fish and chip sector's navigating the future.

The UK Seafood Federation's collaborative efforts for industry growth will be presented. We'll examine future prospects for farmed cod and conclude with a discussion on the current trends, challenges, and future prospects of the Norway-UK seafood trade.

With ample opportunities for networking and broad industry representation, we look forward to embarking on this day with you. Together, we aim to foster bilateral opportunities and work towards shaping a sustainable and prosperous future for our industry.
